The Parent Circle Calendar :

The Families Forum is a unique grassroots organization, whose power
stems from the collaborative work of its members, who have lost
immediate family members during the hostilities. This Parents Circle
counts more than five hundred families, of which half are israeli and
half palestinian. Given that the lack of trust and empathy allows for
the cycle of violence to continue, the Forum presents a different and
much needed approach to the conflict. To achieve this goal we work to
imbue both sides with a sense of empathy and réconciliation, rather
than the continuing hatred and revenge. Sharing with others our
painful personal stories through our daily activities and outreach
campaigns, we reaffirm the sanctity of life and the need to safeguard
human dignity and freedom.
